She likes to switch up her routine, but her go-to is always Pilates. `I love how flexible I get and what it does to the shape of my body,' she says. `I know I'm at my strongest when I'm doing Pilate& As she's become more attuned to what her body needs, she's also come to be more in touch with what makes her happy.on adrenaline,' says Kate, who grew up Hollywood royalty as the daughter of actress Goldie Hawn, and has sustained her own successful acting career for the better part of two decades.
